# How to get help and contact Cherry Survival

For help, player reports, ban appeals and store questions, join the Cherry Survival Discord at discord.gg/cherrysurvival and open a ticket. Staff answer there. For anything else, email ops@thunderstudios.dev. In game, `/help` opens the Server Features menu.

## How do I report a player?

Open a ticket in the [Discord](https://discord.gg/cherrysurvival) and say what happened, who was involved and when. Staff act on reports. Please do not argue it out in chat.

## How do I appeal a ban on Cherry Survival?

The ban screen points to the Discord: appeal at [discord.gg/cherrysurvival](https://discord.gg/cherrysurvival) rather than arguing in chat. Joining on another account to get around a punishment breaks the Punishment Evasion rule. The [rules](https://www.cherrysurvival.com/rules) list every offence.

## Who do I ask about a store purchase?
