Excessively repeating the same (or similar) phrase, characters, media or messages over a short duration.

Speaking rudely to or swearing at other players with the intention of disrespecting them.

Discussing topics ranging from illicit drugs to sexual or NSFW content. Also includes political topics.

Direct disrespect to the server. This excludes any factual statements or suggestions to improve the server, and only includes things that are insulting without offering any constructive criticism.

Being a general nuisance in voice channels — most notable example being loud noises.

Inappropriate content in your Discord about me, status, profile picture, banner, etc.

Speaking in a language other than English is not allowed, as staff are unable to moderate such content.

Misusing systems like tickets, suggestions, bug reports, or mass pinging staff members. Repeated breaking of this rule can result in removal of access to parts of the Discord.

Doing things for the sole purpose of ruining another player’s experience over an extended period of time. Initiating or participating in drama, bullying, or negative discussion about other players. Harassment must usually include some form of negative connotation, annoyance or insults to the player. This also includes misinformation spread about other players.

Making any kind of real-life related threat against another player.

Players who are, simply, toxic or a nuisance. Includes spreading misinformation and generally bringing a negative vibe to chat through any form of toxicity.

Encouraging any kind of harm on another player. Harm could include any violence, illness, self-harm or suicide.

The use of slurs, derogatory statements, or any form of chat that is intended to discriminate against a minority group.

Giving out information about other servers with the intention of getting other players to go join it.

An accelerated punishment pathway for repeat offenders.

You must space out any main chat advertisements by at least three minutes.

Intentionally misleading players, impersonating staff, exposing staff in vanish, or generally causing trouble for no reason. Includes causing drama by creating arguments out of nothing, or excessively discussing punishments.

Deliberately selling/advertising an item that isn’t what it’s being advertised as. Using someone’s build or farm to gain monetary value without explicit permission from the owner.

Significantly breaking or placing eyesores within 100 blocks of someone else's claim. Claiming within 100 blocks of another. Breaking or taking from a claim in which you are trusted, without permission.

Any form of killing (or the intent to kill) a player that does not have PVP enabled, including an attempt to trap/kill unknowing players.

Bug abuse which is non-gameplay impacting for other players, the server economy, etc.

Builds, items, or skins which relate to illicit drugs, sexual or NSFW content, or political content. They may also relate to the Disruptive Conduct or Player Disrespect rules. Any casino or gambling-related content is prohibited.

Bug abuse which impacts the gameplay or experience of others. The use of farms to automate the creation of items in the /sell market is not allowed, and falls under this rule. This does not include spawner farms, non-abusive natural mob drop farms, and farms not created for the sole (or majorly beneficial) purpose of making money.

Giving out information about other servers with the intention of getting other players to go join it.

Joining the server with a name which violates any of our rules.

Attempting to circumvent a punishment by any means.

Transactions involving direct real-life money to in-game things of any sort are forbidden. The only exclusion is the purchase of items in the Cherry Survival store, in exchange for services/items or similar things on the server.

An accelerated punishment pathway for repeat offenders. This allows us to take quick preventative action against specific individuals who are causing disruption to the community.

A serious punishment for the most serious of offences.
