How to get help and contact Cherry Survival

For help, player reports, ban appeals and store questions, join the Cherry Survival Discord at discord.gg/cherrysurvival and open a ticket. Staff answer there. For anything else, email ops@thunderstudios.dev. In game, /help opens the Server Features menu.

How do I report a player?
Open a ticket in the Discord and say what happened, who was involved and when. Staff act on reports. Please do not argue it out in chat.
How do I appeal a ban on Cherry Survival?
The ban screen points to the Discord: appeal at discord.gg/cherrysurvival rather than arguing in chat. Joining on another account to get around a punishment breaks the Punishment Evasion rule. The rules list every offence.
Who do I ask about a store purchase?
Open a ticket in the Discord, or email ops@thunderstudios.dev, with your Minecraft username and what you bought. The store at store.cherrysurvival.com sells Coins, Cherry Keys, seasonal keys and the MVP rank.
How do I report a bug or suggest something?
Post bug reports and suggestions in the Discord. In game, /suggest shows where to post suggestions.
